Resident Survey: Purpose and Responses

Copyright Tony Worrall

1. What the survey does

It captures residents’ feedback on the day-to-day experience of living at Centenary Mill, including safety, maintenance, and the condition of shared spaces.

Responses reflect residents’ own observations and experiences.

2. Why this survey exists

In large residential developments, informal feedback is often shared through day-to-day conversations and online discussion spaces.

However, this information is not always visible to all leaseholders, particularly those who do not live on site.

The survey provides a simple way to make the resident experience visible in a consistent, read-only format.

3. How to view responses

Read-only access to the survey response summary is available via the survey platform:

View survey responses (read-only):

The summary view is generated automatically by the survey platform and reflects responses as submitted, without selection or interpretation.

The view may update as additional responses are received.

4. Scope and limitations

This survey is intended as a source of information.
It reflects the experiences of those who chose to respond and does not represent all perspectives within the building.

As with any survey, results should be considered alongside other information when forming a complete view.
