Leaseholders sometimes have questions or concerns about the management, maintenance, or day-to-day operations of their building.
The Centenary Mill Court Leaseholders Association can act as a point of contact for leaseholders who are seeking:
- general information,
- clarification on how issues are typically handled,
- or signposting to appropriate channels.
The Association does not replace the managing agent, landlord, or RTM company, and it does not provide legal advice.
Before submitting a query about service charges
You may find it helpful to review the statutory summary of leaseholders’ rights and obligations regarding service charges.

Common Topics Leaseholders Ask About
Leaseholders may contact the Association regarding matters such as:
- Maintenance or repair queries
- Service charge or billing questions
- Building management processes
- Anti-social behaviour concerns
- Insurance or building safety queries
- Where to find independent guidance
These queries are often raised after leaseholders have already contacted the managing agent or other responsible parties.
How the Association Can Help
Depending on the nature of the query, the Association may be able to:
- Provide general information on how similar issues are usually addressed
- Signpost leaseholders to relevant guidance or appropriate contacts
- Identify recurring themes raised by multiple leaseholders
- Share anonymised, high-level information where issues appear to be common
The Association does not intervene in individual disputes and does not act as a complaints handler.
How to Get in Touch
Leaseholders who wish to raise a query or request information may contact the Association using the Contact form.
When doing so, it is helpful to indicate the general nature of the query (for example, maintenance, service charges, or building management). This helps ensure enquiries are directed appropriately.
Important Notes
- The Association cannot investigate individual complaints or replace formal complaint processes
- Queries are handled on an informational basis only
- Where appropriate, leaseholders may be advised to seek independent professional advice
