How this site is organised

This website is intended to act as a clear, reliable source of information for residents and leaseholders at Centenary Mill.

To make information easy to find and to avoid confusion, content is organised using a small number of clearly defined categories, supported by descriptive tags.

Categories (where information lives)

Each post appears in one primary category, based on its purpose:

Resident Information
Practical guidance for residents, including safety procedures, day-to-day arrangements, and plain-English explanations of what residents need to know or do.

Building Safety
Information relating to fire safety, health & safety, statutory compliance, risk management, and building-wide safety arrangements.

Governance & Management
How the building is governed, including the RTM company, the managing agent, AGMs/EGMs, and decision-making processes.

Service Charges & Finance
Budgets, insurance, major works, Section 20 consultations, and financial explanations.

Leaseholders Association
Updates, surveys, consultations, and activities led by the Centenary Mill Leaseholders Association.

News & Updates
Time-sensitive announcements and short notices. Items here may link to more detailed guidance elsewhere on the site.

Documents & Resources
Reference documents, notices, correspondence, and supporting materials.

Tags (what information relates to)

Tags are used to group posts by topic (for example, fire safety, evacuation, or legislation), regardless of which category they sit in.
This allows related content to be found easily without duplicating posts across multiple categories.

News vs guidance

Some information is time-bound (for example, the launch of a survey or a recent notice). Other information is ongoing guidance.

Where appropriate:

  • a short post may appear in Updates to highlight something new; and
  • a separate, longer post may exist elsewhere on the site as the authoritative reference.

This avoids important guidance being lost once an update is no longer “news”.

Keeping information clear

Content is added with the aim of being factual, proportionate, and easy to understand.
If you believe information is missing, unclear, or out of date, you are welcome to raise it for review.

This structure is intended to support clarity, transparency, and consistency for all residents.
